Between August 4 and August 28, Australian and New Zealand residents have the opportunity to purchase shares at a price of $1 each.

28 million shares are available within this initial public offering, which is expected to contribute to a growth of 165,000 cardholders over the next 5 year period and launch Bartercard into the listed environment.
